Overview

Reservation item types are the item types for reservation items. These categories may include vehicles, rooms, tools, etc. This guide will show you how to add new types to AssetPath.

Requirements

  • Have the Admin role
  • Have knowledge of ServiceNow configurations

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Stave AssetPath > Reservations > All Reservation Configurations.

  2. Select any record.

  3. Right click on Type and select Configure Choices.

  4. Configure Type Choices


  5. Add a new type using the Enter New Item field and pressing Add.

  6. Press Save once the new type is in the selected category.
