Reservation item types are the item types for reservation items. These categories may include vehicles, rooms, tools, etc. This guide will show you how to add new types to AssetPath.
- Have the Admin role
- Have knowledge of ServiceNow configurations
Navigate to Stave AssetPath > Reservations > All Reservation Configurations.
Select any record.
Right click on Type and select Configure Choices.
Add a new type using the Enter New Item field and pressing Add.
Press Save once the new type is in the selected category.
