Planned repairs and maintenances can easily be automated with AssetPath. This guide will show the steps taken in order to set up a planned maintenance for an asset.
In the Navigator, select Planned Maintenance > Maintenance Plans.
Press the New button located at the top of the table. This will bring you to a form for creating a new Maintenance Plan record.
Once the form is filled with the appropriate information, select the Submit button to complete the record creation.
New Planned Maintenance Form
|Number||Unique identifier for the new maintenance plan.|
|Name||Title for the new maintenance plan.|
|Short Description||A short description describing the plan.|
|Type||Type of plan.|
|Model||If the type is Model Based, select the model associated with the plan.|
|Table||Table associated with the plan.|
|Filter Condition||Filter for the table records.|
|Apply to new matching records||Apply plan to new records matching the filter.|
|Task creation policy||Describes what is done when the plan runs on a record which is in maintenance.|
