Overview
When there is an issue such as a broken component or lost item, users may submit the issue via OperationsPath Shared Services Module.
Procedure
- To submit an issue, navigate to OperationsPath Shared Services, select the category of the issue, and click Issue.
- Select New located in the top table bar.
- Fill in the appropriate information into the form. Press Learn How to Submit a ___ Issue for a quick tour of the form inputs.
