Overview

The ServiceNow platform has an out-of-the-box widget configuration form for all created widgets, which allows for easy customization.

Requirements

You must have system administrative permissions to configure a portal widget.

Procedure

  1. Open the ProcurementPath Portal.

  2. Hold Ctrl + click on the widget title and select Instance Options to open the widget configuration form.

  3. Make the needed changes.

    		Description
    Title
    		Widget title.
    Bootstrap color
    		List of bootstrap color schemes.
    Glyph
    		Glyph / Icon.
    Footer Link
    		Link located in the footer section.
    Footer Text
    		Text located in the footer section.
    No Border
    		Check if no boarder is desired.
    Table
    		Table to query.
    Query
    		Query options.
    Date Field
    		Date field in table.
    Limit
    		List number size.
    Template
    		Widget template.
    Class
    		Custom CSS classes.

  4. Press Save once the changes are made.
