Overview

Contract documents define the roles and responsibilities which legally bind two parties. These documents can be added to a contract request using the Procurement Path Portal.

Requirements

The user must have a managers role to add documents to a request.

Procedure

  1. Open the ProcurementPath Portal.

  2. Open the contract you wish to add a document to from the My Contract Requests table.

  3. Press New Document in the Documents section of the contract request.

  4. Key Dates

    Field
    Description
    Number
    Key date identifier.
    Vendor
    Person or company offering service who is associated with the contract.
    Requires user
    Required user for the document.
    Requires group
    Required group for the document.
    Contract Request
    Contract of new key date.
    Version
    Document version.
    Type
    Type of document.
    Link
    If the document information is sensitive, link the access address.
    Description
    Full description of the key date.
    Text Body
    Body of the document.
  5. Once the form is filled out, press Save to add the document.
