Overview

A point of contact (POC) is a person or group who serve as a mediator for important time-sensitive information. With Procurement Path, you are able to easily add POC to a contract request.

Instructions

  1. Open the ProcurementPath Portal
  2. Open the contract you wish to add a POC to from the My Contract Requests table.

  3. Point of Contact



  4. Press New Point of Contact.
  5. Fill out the name and email of a new user or select an existing user, and press Submit.
