Overview

Events can be created for contract requests for different event types and can send notifications to the attendees.

Procedure

  1. Open Stave Procurement Path > All Contract Requests in the navigator to see all requests, or select Stave Procurement Path > My Contract Requests for contracts which you are assigned to.

  2. Select the contract you wish to create the event for.

  3. Check Out and Create Event


  4. Press Check out to reserve the form.

  5. Within the Events tab, create a new event by pressing New.

  6. New Event


  7. Fill in the new event form.

  8. Press Send Agenda to notify the attendees by email.
