An activity timeline is available for each contract request where users can post updates. These updates are available to view for anyone who has read permissions for the contract request.


You must have write permissions for the contract request to post activity updates.


  1. Open the ProcurementPath Portal.

  2. Select the contract request from the My Contract Requests section.

  3. Press Check Out at the bottom of the forms.

  4. The activity timeline is located in the Contract Notes section. Write a comment in the Add a comment input field and press Post to add it to the timeline.

  5. Press Check in at the bottom of the forms.
